Our team was fortunate enough to participate at INBOUND 2016 at the Boston Convention & Exhibition Center, Boston, Massachusetts. The purpose of Inbound is “to provide the inspiration, education, and connections you need to transform your business.” – Inbound 2016
This year’s Inbound took off on November 8, 2016, after a mindblowing United States Presidential Election. But that didn’t matter – the participants were excited, energetic and ready to be disruptors as usual with what they do best. This event which recorded 14,000 attendees in 2015 was SOLD OUT this year. The event included idea-labs, start-up booths, Hubspot HQ and different sessions for sales and marketing.
“Through inspiring keynotes, innovative talks, educational breakouts, hands-on lessons, and tons of networking, you will learn how the INBOUND experience, and especially our content, is truly remarkable.” –Inbound2016.
The keynote speakers included Gary Vaynerchuck, Anna Kendrick, Ta-Nehisi Coates, Serena Williams, Reshma Saujani, Michael Strahan and more. They shared insights about their different experience, perspective on connectivity, unique business prospects, management, marketing and sales strategies that not only increase customer loyalty to your brand but also adding value to customers in return for products or services the business may produce or provide.
As a Non-Profit Organization, it is important for us to upgrade our systems through consistent Research and Development to be effective in our causes. The participation at INBOUND was very informative where we accumulated a comprehensive amount of information about different start-ups that are adding value to human operations that could potentially contribute to our systems and projects. As a 501(c)3 organization, there are many opportunities and free systems that we are able to use.
Nipuna shared his views about the event and stated that “Inbound was not only one-of-a-kind experience but was also an eye-opener about how the internet and software are disrupting how we connect to people and do our daily operations. I had a great time participating in it and is excited to share the information with the board of directors.”
